Clothing Order Form and Instructions
The following form is for our clothing orders for PHHS “Class of 1982’s 40th High School Reunion.” The form is being electronically sent directly to Embroidery From The Heart and our committee has entirely nothing to do with the clothing orders.
All items are Gildan brand Antique Cherry Red with Yellow Gold decoration.
Sizes available are Adult Small – Adult 4XL.
Please add EXTRA COST for 2XL $2.00, 3XL $3.00 and 4XL $4.00.
Shipping costs only applied if you cannot make the reunion or cannot pick up at the store located at – 610 Allegheny River Boulevard, Oakmont, PA 15139. Shipping fee starts at $7.00 and may be more depending on the amount of items purchased.
